Amazing! Cece did an amazing job on my nails. I got SNS dip and they are gorgeous! She was very nice and made sure I liked them every step. The whole setup looked clean and sanitized. The aesthetic of the place is wonderful! Everyone working is so kind!!! I went with my grandmother and Tina did her nails. Just as beautiful! Will be coming back here! 10/10 recommend 💗💗

Absolute best nail place in the Roanoke/Salem area! The owner is so kind, she’s super friendly to everyone, and has the best customer service. The staff is super cheerful and does amazing quality work. My nails usually last 3 weeks before I’ve decided they’ve grown out too much and need them redone. The pictures speak for themselves.

Cheapest salon and you definitely get what you pay for.
Never in my life have I been to a nail salon where the owner complains about helping you pick colors or designs. Make sure if you have an appointment, plan on being sat 30 minutes after and still not being serviced. This has happened 3 times now. I understand getting busy but not 5011 excuses and then being offended by not helping…
That’s just bad business!
I would highly recommend visiting ANY other nail salon or Tony’s nails where they happily help you pick colors and never complain about designs. Especially when you bring a picture. I am appalled as a paying customer and a business owner that clients could ever be treated this way or made to feel like they are asking to much. The other employees are super nice and happy to help, I will not be returning.

I had Tina and she wasn’t that good. I have been here before and had a pretty good experience. Today was much different. I wanted a pedicure with polish and a manicure with dip. Tina did not ask what type of pedicure I wanted, she gave me the most basic one. The paint job she did on my toes wasn’t the best. I picked out the color for my nails and it was sparkly white. She gave me sparkly pink and never even asked if I was ok with it. If I decide to go back, I will make sure not to get her. She was also unfriendly.

I came in 45 mins before closing (i had work that day) and they asked me what i wanted and sat me down as soon as i walked in. the young lady was super fast and finished in about 30 minutes. she was very precise asking me if i liked it after every step. it was only $50 for a medium length set w/ gel.
