hey bo
10/10 recommend I LOVE MY NAILS!!!!!!!!!!!! I will most definitely be coming back. If you looking for a family friendly place that’s very comfortable and relaxing. This IS the place to go. Miss Nicole was so lovely very friendly my fill in and fix went by smoothly and she did an excellent job she was ver considerate so she didn’t mess anything up she is the best nail tech I have ever met she knows what she is doing and she does and fantastic job doing it. Miss Sha did an amazing pedicure she is nothing but a bundle of joy and super funny she made my pedicure one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a nail salon before. The price wasn’t what I was expecting I was expecting to pay over 180$ for my nails absolutely not the price shocked me so I had to leave a good tip. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks. ALSO they sell amazing home made candles that just smell delicious so of course I had to buy one it definitely does not disappoint. SO if your looking for a fabulous nail salon just come on over to inki they will get you right.

Thursday, June 27, 2024 approximately around 11:30-1:50 is when my experience occurred. I called when they first open around 9am, book an appointment for my mother and I to get pedicures. My mother just wanted a polish but seeing that the polish is $15 difference from the classic pedicure, she just got the classic pedicure like I did. The young lady did inform me that what I asked for was going to be $50 dollars, I was super cool with that because it’s what I usually pay for a decent pedicure. I went on and asked if she did nail extensions, she replied “yes, I just use gel x.”, in which I was fine with because I kind of wanted to get everything take care of at one spot instead of going to another nail salon (which I should have. It would have save a review). I seen some of her work which was nice and I went on to get my nails done by her. My pedicure was awesome! Might I add..My mother loved the service, but didn’t like that the polish was lumpy and it’s chipping. However, can’t say too much about my hands which looks horrendous! I asked for French black and pink which I didn’t get. She added chrome would look good, I always wanted chrome so I said why not. All together it was supposed to be black chrome French tip with a pink based. In the pictures I’ll upload below, you’ll see it’s nothing of what I wanted. I’m not a confrontational person so I try to avoid anything that would escalate because I have a quick temper: Instead of complaining or confronting her about the terrible job she did, I just left and I won’t be returning. She did a great job with my pedicure might I add again, however nail extensions is her strong point. As an ex owner of a salon, I highly recommend that she stick to the basics of nail school which is manicure and pedicure. She needs to grow into doing nail extensions; maybe allow her to practice on the staff members then once she’s good move her up. If not, she going cause the owner money/clientele. I don’t care for a refund or redo because I live far from Savannah, and was recommended by a lady at the omelette cafe. Also to add, after three days my nails is lifting and I only literally shower, wash my face and basic everyday things. How is this possible? I paid $199 all together including my moms pedicure which was $50. Back home in Atlanta, Ga I pay $200 for two pedicures and two full sets and it comes with complimentary wine or beverages. When she told me at the end my nails were $77, I gasp at first because this doesn’t look like a $77 job. I do understand that chrome and French tip is extra!! But someone tell me if it’s worth the $77? Which she didn’t clean up around the nail from the chrome dust and polish. My nails look like press on nails with no apex. The money isn’t the problem, it’s the service!
Picture with the blue on is when they first got done.

I will preface this by saying the pedicure was amazing BUT the manicure experience was absolutely terrible. I asked for a full set. The color I chose did not look like it did on the model, which is fine, that’s not the salons fault. I asked to change colors, and my tech pretty much just slapped the new color on top, bc she wanted to tend to other clients. My nails are HUGE and chunky now. This looks terrible. I paid and left and would rather pay someone else to try and fix this instead of deal w them again. This was a complete waste of money. What kind of nail tech is okay with producing this kind of work? Will never come back, this was without a doubt the worst full set I’ve ever received. Do not waste your time.

I really enjoyed my services here today! I had a gel pedi sure and dip manicure. I was impressed with the attention to detail that the techs had who serviced me. As someone new to Pooler, I will definitely be returning here for my nail care needs!
Update: I love Trinity’s attention to detail! She performed a dip manicure for me over the weekend and did a phenomenal job ensuring my entire nail is covered and that the tip is thin enough to look natural. I will definitely be requesting her for my future manicures!!

PLEASE BE ADVISED/ TRAVEL WARNING ⚠️:
Please be aware that they don’t tell you how much things are, but quick to over charge you. The service is very poorly, most of their nail techs are school friendly nail technicians or should I say need to go back to school. If the nails were done nicely I’ll see people complaining about the price but coming back for the quality of the service. However, you’ll walk out paying 3 to 5 times more than any other salon that does good nails. The staff members don’t get along with each other unless it’s time to scam the customer for their money, then they become one big happy family. I think they’re preying on the tourists but they’ll see when it’s empty that integrity/ reputation is more important than scamming to get quick bucks. Hope this find some customers helpful, don’t walk, RUN from this place. No quality service here.
I paid almost $300 for terrible service.. I don’t even want them to redo them but refund for which they don’t do..
OMG NAILS IS GREAT PLACE TO GO! They give price up front .
