“So I just got my nails done. I asked for acrylic full set and they said starts at $52. Which is $10 more than the sign on the wall. When I went to pick out polish I asked where the section was that wasn’t gel nails! I don’t like using gel polish cause it’s always sticky. She directed me to a section so I picked one out. I asked her if it cost extra because it was shiny. She said no. So the guy calls me back and does my nails. He DOESNT do any type of manicure, cuitical work, or hand massage like the package says, then the polish WAS gel and I said is that gel and he said no. Then at the end he rushed me out and didn’t even fully dry my nails so now I have fuzzy particles all over my nails he charged me a base of $70! Because of the gel shiny polish! I was very upset!!!! I paid and left and will NEVER return ! My nails are now ugly and nasty and I spent $70 on them to be stupid !

I went back the next morning and the manager saw me and said he’d fix everything no charge ! I felt so weird but I was thankful for his commitment to customer care ! He had Mimi fix my nails and she did an AMAZING JOB !!! She covered all the sides and got me a new color. She was very thorough and did everything I asked for! I totally recommend going here they are committed to doing things right ! When I got done the manager gave me a gift card for next time and I was shocked ! He went above and beyond !!! I will be back and I’ll bring my friends

My first experience here was ok. The next time is was amazing. I had David as my nail tech and he really paid attention to detail. This past Thursday was subpar. It was so quick and fast. No attention to detail for my feet. I wanted my nails cut down (my toenails are hard to cut) but she didn’t even put in the effort to try to get big toe cut down. I decided not to complain because I wasn’t in the mood. Even gave a $5.00 tip. But my feet look horrible once I took a close look at them and my feet are not pretty in the first place. lol It looks like my toenails are growing back already and I just got them done yesterday. Just disappointed all the way around with this trip. Guess I have to back to Beavercreek. Orange nails was when I had my best experience the red, Ugh!

Very welcoming place to get nails done, only had two pedicures and they were great as well. Just a few I’ve had done.

My nails looked worse when I left. When she finished with the top coat she said the brush in the bottle she used was bad. I could tell the polish was old and clumpy. I’m heading home to take it off. I’ve never had a manicured where they didn’t push my cuticles back at least a little. I won’t be returning.

Felt like a drive through. Place is huge with many employees but….. Never got the name of my guy. He barely talked to me and the massage was 30 seconds of nothing. Grant it, its been since before covid that I had a pedicure. Is this nonpersonal, quickly get them in and out the norm now? Hope not. Wont be coming back.
