8/12-They charge $5 for length if it’s not SUPER short. They don’t even tell you until they run it through the computer and claim they can’t undo it. They’ve gotten me with this 1 too many times and I think I’ll be taking a break from this place after that. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to bring it up. Pink set I got 7/11 with Kylie (which is actually long) blue set I got 8/12 & I was charged $5 for the length after telling her I wanted them shorter this time. Which they are. So why?
