I brought my daughter to ISS for a service. The suites are extremely clean with really nice decor. The restrooms and hallways were tidy and maintained. I enjoyed the sounds of the smooth jazz instrumental as I waited. Most of all, I felt it was safe running an errand while my daughter was getting her service because the locked security door and cameras. It was a great experience for us both.

Today’s services included gel nails and pedicure at Gloss. The atmosphere was great, attentive, soft spoken, and kind technician. Calming, soft music played in back ground. Beautiful experience, will return.

My Hair Stylist is Kevin Williams and he is the best! I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes and that was a busy before holiday kinda wait but under normal circumstances he is waiting for me! He gets 5 stars!!
