This was my first time here. Jake did a great job with the acrylic overlay of my natural nails fill-in with one finger needing a tip, and a French tip painted design. The job cost less than my normal salon and he was much more efficient taking less time to complete the job. Very pleased with the results. I will return.

I’ve been coming here for a while. Sherri is my awesome nail tech. She’s so attentive and patient. If you have a design or a picture of the design, she will do your nails exactly the same.

The nail techs are good at what they do and they are very efficient. I was able to get this set done within an hour. Customer service is so so. They’re so talkative among themselves but not really with customers. They are friendly when they do speak to you but it’s pretty much silent for the most part.

I’m looking for a new nail salon within my community. I came across this salon I visited. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and distress over a highly negative and humiliating experience I had at your salon over six months ago. The incident has left me feeling anxious and fearful about visiting other nail salons due to the laughter and mockery I endured.
During my visit, I was shocked and confused by the disrespectful and offensive comments made by one of your employees while providing the service. The remarks targeted my physical appearance, specifically my feet size. Despite I understood every word, laugh, and giggle shared amongst the employees and their colleagues in their native language.
This experience has been incredibly degrading, and as a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. It is completely unacceptable for an employee to engage in such behavior while providing services to customers.
It is crucial for your salon to take proactive measures to prevent the recurrence of such unprofessional behavior. I suggest implementing comprehensive training programs focused on customer service etiquette and sensitivity towards diversity to ensure that all staff members understand the importance of treating all customers with fairness, empathy, and respect.
I want to emphasize that while this incident occurred over six months ago, the emotional impact has remained with me, making me hesitant to seek services at other nail salons due to the fear of experiencing similar laughter and ridicule. Truly “WE” Black and Brown women need to STOP spending our hard-earned money with these nail salons that treat us less than these and only employee one percent of our kind. I’m writing this because this experience has happened at many different nail salons throughout the city and suburbs. I’m just tired of the poor treatment. I’m not rude, loud, or obnoxious. Actually, I’m very quiet, respectful, and reserved. I’M TIRED OF THE MISTREATMENT. I believe everyone deserves respect, and I believe we need to treat everyone with respect!!!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I stopped in iNail N Spa establishment to get a Gel manicure on Sept 14, 2022, by Sunday the 18th, the polish was peeling, nail splitting on the sides and broke off, it started wearing away at tips and clumps of polish under the nail. I returned on Monday, the 19th, to talk w/owner or person sitting at the front door to show and discuss. And all he would say is your nails is growing. I don’t see nothing wrong. He didn’t examine to see if the polish was bad or the tech missed some steps in the process. The so call Gel nails were not hard at all. This was my second time there and I had no issue like this event. The person would not listen to me or try come to some agreement. For example, let’s remove that polish and try a different one. Or, for a small fee we can remove it and try a different one. He chose to laugh and continue to say you don’t understand your nail is growing. That was my second and last time using their service. We do not have to accept sub-standard service. This shop was Happy to take my money for a pedicure and manicure and sorry to offer quality customer service.
