Have had good pedicures here in the past but I came to get an acrylic set done. Had an appointment for 2 full sets for a friend and I and a pedicure for my mom. I was taken back 20 minutes past my appointment time, my mom 35 minutes after and they were not even going to start my friends until an hour after our appointment. They took walk ins before our group. My manicure was majorly rushed, extremely painful, she did not prep my nails for the powder, put the wrong size nail extension on, missed sides of my nails (then tried to file down my real nail and skin to make it look like she did not mess up) she did not clean up my nails at all, she filed my nails AFTER doing a top coat. They have bumps, Bubbles, left over acrylic and the design is bad. These are horrible and painful and I will be going to Annie’s across the street to get these fixed ASAP. They also charged me a lot more than their online prices and she gave me expensive stuff that I did not ask for! DO NOT GO HERE

I showed the design I wanted, and because I said i didn’t want gel, the person who did my service was upset. She said a design without gel cannot be done. I just wanted 2 lines on each nail and a clear polish as the top coat. I wanted an acrylic full set with nude powder, and she used some white powder. As far as the pedicure, the pumice stone never touched some parts of the bottom of my foot, and it was stripping when I left. She was very rough with both services after I said I didn’t want gel. Also, I told her no polish since she kept saying no design with regular polish has to be gel, and she spent most of the time trying to convince me to get gel. The first 3 fingers on my left hand were not filed down smoothly and are raised and rugged while the others are flat. She asked if i wanted my eyebrows done, and i said no. She shook her head in disagreement like it was a problem. She did the same thing when she asked me the last time if i wanted gel, and i said no. She sat me to dry my fingers and never came back. It wasn’t until I went to pay. The images are how I left the salon

**ANDY did my nails **** What I asked for on 2 fingers vs what I got. I stopped my tech in the middle of working and asked if it can be changed because it’s not looking right. He told me it was too late. I’m not sure why he would agree to do something he was unable to do. Perhaps he was distracted by the other tech constantly talking to him the entire time while he was working. Either way, I’m super disappointed with my nails and I’m gonna go somewhere else to have the 2 nails redone. This was my birthday set so I’m super unhappy they look like this. I didn’t make a fuss and still paid, but I’m very unhappy and will not return.

Every since I came to IG nails i’ve never had a bad experience. My niece and I are having a Nail date once a month to see our tech Heather. My nail tech is better than yours. Heather is like family to us now. And I want to thank my cousin for finding such an amazing person ❤️.
And just like that my nail tech did it again.

Today i realized that Tom has been my nail designer for possibly 5 years. My nails are always-when I say ALWAYS I am telling you that he does an amazing job every time he does my nails. I’ve never been disappointed!!!
