First time ever getting a manicure or a pedicure. I didn’t get any help on what to select. My person was an older gentleman who could not speak English. When he was done with my feet he took me over to get started with my nails. When he was about to paint my nails he said I needed to pay now. I didn’t understand. Another customer told me if I pay now then I won’t smudge my nails digging in my purse. I asked if my toe nails were dry enough because I would have to put my socks and shoes back on. He said yes. I went to pay, then he realized I was going to pay for my daughter as well. I said I could pay for hers later. I was told they would charge me . 85 per transaction so they said I could wait. He finished painting my nails which he didn’t get the entire nail, also when cutting my cuticles he did a hack job. If you pay by credit card you can’t add a tip and I only had $5 cash on me so I felt bad. My nails look bad. When I got home I took my socks off and my polish was all smudged and wiped off. Very disappointed with my first experience.

Pay attention, I was over charged both times I came. This time I was charged $100 and I have paint all around my nails, some nails have big dips and very thick n chunky in some other places. Cute nails n liked the girl who did them, just not worth $100 n have to come home to clean them n fix them.

I chose this place because of good reviews. Not a very good looking pedicure. The technician was nice. The first color I picked was too thick and not going on nails good, technician did remove and pick out a new pretty color, which went on better. I made an appt 4 days ago, I get there they are running behind(not unusual for type of services). The prep of nails before service was sub par(I cleaned up my cuticles and under nails much better when I got home). You can’t add tip to credit card, have to pay cash, I only had $7 on me, I felt bad about that. I will not go back or recommend.

I loved this place.After reading a bunch of good reviews I decided to try it out and they did not disappoint 🥰 I didn’t have an apt and it was a Saturday, but they still took me in 😊 Antonio prepped and shaped my nails and Alice finished them off – hand painting exactly what I wanted off a Pinterest pic. She has high attention to detail and was super nice too. As someone who has social anxiety and isn’t much of a talker, this place takes all that fear of awkwardness away. Very fun and lively environment. I pretty much just sat down quietly and laughed and enjoyed how all the employees interacted with each other 😅 You could tell they are all close . 10/10 would come here again.

Tried this place as I was informed they did a good job. I was very pleased with my nail tech however not more than 2 days later my gel on my nail started to peel off. I personally will wait for my other salon to have an opening as they do a better job and the gel doesn’t peel off within a few days.
