Form the moment you walk in, you feel warm and welcomed. I took my four girls here (ages 9-16) and the women were so patient and caring. Their artwork with SNS is the best you can get! No kidding, it’s what keeps me coming back over and over again. Exceptional service and skill. Just love this place❣️

I don’t get my nails done often but Hanna has made this the best experience I’ve ever had. She was so kind and made my experience so welcoming. She shaped my nails perfectly and we had such a great conversation. I have a crooked finger on one hand and she was able to make the nail straight and set it perfectly with the other fingers that you could not even tell one of my fingers is turned. 5/5 I highly recommend!! The location is very nice and clean!! Everyone was so welcoming and I really enjoyed the music they played.

Just had my second appointment at iSpa. Both times I got my nails (SNS) done and a pedicure. The first time my nails lasted for weeks and still looked better than they have at many places. My appointment today started on time, Hannah was friendly, and she did exactly what I asked for – neutral pink with a white chrome powder tip on my fingers and pink chrome on my toes. Absolutely fantastic experience! Will be back!

I want to know why I paid $195 for 2 manicure/pedicures and one was for my 9 year old daughter? There’s a sign outside and on the website that says $51 for manicure & pedicures. I feel like the lady just made up whatever price she wanted to because I’ve never paid that much to get our nails done in my life. Especially since I didn’t even get acrylic nails done. This is crazy ridiculous and I would like to be reached out to and explained about this absurd amount I was charged!
