I reached out to inquire about squeezing in an appointment for my daughter, only 30 minutes before closing, and they graciously welcomed us in immediately. Deja whipped up my daughter’s Hello Kitty nails with a friendly and accommodating demeanor. Meanwhile, I relaxed in the massage chair, appreciating the laid-back atmosphere.

This was my first time going to this salon. Called on a short notice and they told me to come right in. No wait time. Heidi sat me in a comfy chair next to a window with a nice view of Laconia. She was very personable and knew when to talk to me and read my body language when I didn’t feel like talking. She was very sweet and paid VERY close attention to detail. She was quick, efficient, and gental. I left the salon with this beautiful natural set and couldn’t be more pleased!
Definitely will continue to go back for fills.

Very nice people. I just felt like maybe my set was rushed? Uneven paint and nails. The prices weren’t too bad though.

This is the first time I have had a manicure where my nails didn’t hurt afterwards, either due to the rotary tool hitting my skin, or the technician grinding my nails down too far. This was an amazing experience, and I will never go anywhere else.

I’m reviewing in 2 parts. First, very accommodating & very pleasant staff. They definitely have the nail skills, pleased with the results, I give them stars for that. Second, the reason I chose this nail salon was the reviews here on the quality of work. None really mentioned the state of the actual salon. The neglect to clean & sanitize is inexcusable. I didn’t observe at first as I sat down and my appointment started. I noticed a few things and then when I had to wash my hands, the sink area was worse than any public rest stop bathroom I’ve seen. The mirror above the sink was covered in dried liquid substances. The garbages are overflowing at the stations and the manicure tables have not been wiped down in quite some time. The accumulation of nail dust is gross. Floors were filthy. The tools should not be sitting in a plastic tub where nail clients wash their hands. Drill bits should be cleaned after use, but I observed them laying on the manicure tables, nail supplies are piled in random spots on the floors & other areas. Nothing is stored properly. The pedicure chairs are in need of a scrubbing. I’ve been to nail salons all over and by far this was the worst. I’m really surprised they have not been fined or shut down by the state for health violations. I’m more surprised if I’m the only one bothered by this, because they did have a flow of clients in & out throughout my appointment. Maybe people think this is normal . It is absolutely not.
I review this in part in hopes the owners will take the time to rectify the situation in care for their business and the health of the people that patronize their business.
