First time, but I loved it! Very cute and clean!

Update: I haven’t gotten acrylics in like 15 years because every nail salon I’ve been to has been a bad experience.

Since HQ Nails was so awesome even though I had only been there once, I thought I’d go back to get some acrylics here…. 🥹💖🙏 and they came out AMAZING. I love them so much.

Today I went in to get an acrylic set for my birthday. It was my first time here and it won’t be my last. Tina was my nail technician and she was amazing! She was super sweet and helpful in picking out what color and glitter to use. All in all great experience.

It was my first time there. They were nice and polite. There was a lady there who had the guy do a full set. Then she asked him how much it was. He answered her and she said no I’m not paying that. Then she asked about a French tip. He started to do it for her request. And then she asked how much it was he gave her the price. She said no I’m not paying that. She told him he shaped it wrong. But she could’ve stopped him and had him fixed the wrong ones. But she let him do the whole set. Before complaining. Then ask how much clear nails would be. She didn’t want to pay the price. Then she’s like how much to do another set. Then she said I’m not paying that and then she said just take them off I have to go. She was just very rude but he was polite the whole time.
The lady who did my nails. She did an excellent job she even learned a new technique just to get design I want.

Asked for long nails and she gave me these short nails, when I told her she proceeded to just file them instead of redoing it. $65 for this set. We also booked an appointment for 1pm and waited 45 minutes before receiving service.
