Have been coming here a couple of years through classpass. They just sold to a new owner who has a new staff. What was once arguably the best is now one of the worst. Refuse to repaint while I’m still in the salon? When you ask if I’m ok and tell you “no, I’m disappointed and unhappy”….Come on…don’t let a customer leave disappointed is customer service 101….
Sadly, I’ll have to find a new nail salon and recommend you do, too
