Michelle is the best nail tech I have ever been to and I love her nail art. I always let her choose what design, color and encapsulation she wants to do and I always leave super happy with her choices. Michelle is also a sweet heart, she is very polite, respectful, honest and her prices are good.

ZERO STARS. CAME IN TODAY AND THEY WERE ALL VERY RUDE. WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS. I simply asked for my old acrylic to be removed and replaced with a full set. However one of my nails is damaged from childhood but I’ve never had an issue with it ever when getting acrylic nails but today I had to ask the guy to not be as rough when removing from that nail and maybe just soak it in acetone instead but he didn’t care, none of them did they just looked at me and rolled their eyes, not a language barrier because the white lady pretended to have an attitude too. By the time he gave in and went to set up the soaking station, I decided to leave. GROSS PEOPLE. STAY AWAY.

My #1 place to go to. I get off work at 5Pm and sometimes I can’t make it i miss them due to being so busy in the weekends as well. But Oanh he does a great Job going in those side walls after the acrylic instead of ignoring it, Thank you so much Oanh! ☺️ 5 Stars !!! Btw I always go without colors couse of work.

My tech did an ok job not great and I had to even them out and resharpen them when I got home but the real problem was when I paid I left her a tip on my card it wasn’t much but its what i could give sorry 😞 and by the time I reached my car my bank informed me of the charge with an amount that was a few dollars more than my receipt and when I went back and asked they said it was a card hold fee and would be returned in 24 hours. I immediately called my bank and the said no that’s the charge that’s been put through on their end as they don’t place any holds on any transactions except what’s been processed by the business my bank then adjusted the approved amount with an emailed copy of my receipt and a formal dispute. This new amount means my tech took it upon herself to DOUBLE her tip. I know it won’t matter much as they seemed really busy but unfortunately I can’t return here and take the chance they’d try this again as I’m a single mom with 2 jobs on a very tight budget and just wanted to have my nails filled (I don’t even have them painted just filled) I hope you have a great day 😊. Sorry.
