When the nail tech was cutting my artificial nails to create the “coffin” effect, I seen that one of my nails was not even or was differently from the opposite hand. I asked him to cut it right and he tossed the scissors at me and said you do it yourself, I don’t see no mistakes! Not only that but they were so rude when I was picking my colors. I asked for coffin style and him to put a Zia symbol and one of them had 5 lines on instead of 4. I thought that the acrylic was super thick and so unnatural looking! And then charged me $80!!!

Always happy but after today I’m not. If you get. Pedicure make sure the older people don’t do it. My toes were cut too short. My big toes are different one is cut to short and shaped square plus I got cuts twice then the other is rounded. Not happy with my pedicure at all it actually ruined my relaxing part of my day.

Super overpriced and really disappointing. I asked for a simple enough design and was assured they could do it. My nails ended up looking messy, misshapen and nothing like what I asked for I also got cut several times. Not to mention being told something is one price and then was charged way more at the end. They were nice and everything but that’s it.

Had to wait a little longer than anticipated however it was totally worth it. The older gentleman in the back, David, did an AMAZING job! I was nervous to go to a new place because I’m super picky about shape. He was so diligent and made sure they were all the same length without being asked (seems like they should all do that but not all of them do). You could tell he just took extra steps that not all nail techs do. I will most definitely be back to see him!!!!

I’ve had pretty much every service here and have always left happy. The salon offers nail care tips and suggestions for maintaining healthy nails. This is what a nail salon experience is supposed to be like! This place is very clean And they focus on the customers needs and wants. Great experience with Hot Nails & Spa Came here I had a pedicure, one of the best experiences 10/10!
