Afwul experience. $68 for gel polish hand and toe application. YOU READ THAT RIGHT. No design, short nails, no manicure or pedicure. My toes chipped that day so I returned the next day ylto have them fixed. They were fixed but chipped again a few days later. When I reached out for a refund I was told to come back again. No thank you, my time is precious. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Bad experience! I usually love hot nails however they really messed up this time. They charged me $141 for my daughter’s full set and my fill. I did not get what I asked for. My daughter’s nails were great though. They charged my cousin $45 for having her fingers painted plain yellow no tips or anything added. Also, they were rough on my daughter’s fingers and burned her skin with the drill file. Also they didn’t clean up the edges of her nails. I don’t mind higher prices but I want quality and customer service to match it.

Nails are beautiful. The chemical used on my cuticles burnt my skin and made me bleed. The stuff works, but is made to cautiously paint the cuticles only, and the process was rushed.

I use to come here a lot years ago before I moved by Springfield and it is still very much worth the 2 hour drive! A little pricier than I thought but well worth it! Thank you for saving my wedding day!!
