Honest nails and Spa

I’ll start by saying I originally LOVED this place. The atmosphere is great and you feel pampered. BUT the one star is because the gel comes off after just 3 days. I got a gel pedicure and manicure a few days before the holiday and within 3 days the manicure was lifting. I went in for them to fix it and they originally showed zero urgency and asked me to come back. I realize they were busy but a fix shouldn’t take too long and I already wasted my time going back. They redid SOME of my nails and lo and behold the next day another one lifted off. So now it’s the holiday and my nails look like trash. Never again.

Okay I never write reviews so I apologize if this one is all over the place. I went in for a full set with completely barren nails , no nail polish or anything and had an appointment for 1:00pm, I left there at 3:00pm. When I got there one of the ladies grabbed me and glued the acrylic tips on my nails and then got up and started working on other people, telling me that when someone comes to work on my nails just show them the photo. I sat at a table with the long and uncomfortable acrylic tips for 45minutes! Several groups of people who came in after me were already halfway through their nails and workers just kept walking past me starting other people ..didn’t even bother to clip them down so I wasn’t sitting there uncomfortable? THEN, finally a lady had me sit down to start working on my nails and was so extremely rude … she was going so fast with the drill she cut me several times every time she cut me I pulled away a little and she would YANK my hand back and roll her eyes. We exchanged little to no conversation the entire time but every time she did ask something she would shake her head and roll her eyes at me? All this to say my nails came out the wrong shape, different sizes, and bubbling of the nails polish🥺 for someone with extreme social anxiety this appointment was a nightmare! Every other time I have been to this location I’ve been satisfied but the girl who finished my nails had a major stick up her butt.

Excellent salon. I was a walk-in, waited for a bit (duh, walk-ins have to wait), and got a damn near picture-perfect replica of the nail photo I brought. It’s not a cheap place but the price is more than fair. Quick, professional, and skilled nail techs are angels from above. I’d definitely go back.

Been there 6-7 times now? Professional, friendly, efficient, and exceptionally skilled. Love the team working together here!

Update: I still enjoy coming here. Doubtful I’ll venture anywhere else anytime soon. Lovely atmosphere where coworkers are filled with laughter. Seems like everyone working here enjoys their place of employment. Happy employees, above all else, is gold. Good on ya Honest Nails and Spa.

Was impressed with their online marketing, but later realized they’re a large chain of nail salons. Was very clean and friendly staff. However I won’t return. My dipped nails were too thick and a couple nails started to pull up within a few days. Spent too much money for that to happen. $ to remove existing dip powder + new 🤯

We were able to get in same day which was great! The gal who did my pedicure was good. I was glad to be able to get in with my husband and get a pedicure at the same time and get my nails painted in a manicure. Their pricing was fair, the facility was clean. And they spent just the right amount of time on me.
