I just had the worst experience getting my nails done ever in my life. Hollywood nails in Herrin will never get my business again. My appointment was at 5:30 and I didn’t leave until 740. I mentioned multiple times before the acrylic was uneven on my nails that the tips were crooked. And by multiple I mean like six or eight times. Then he continued to file my nails way far in. He said he was done so I went ahead and got my eyebrow wax and during that I told the lady that these nails were crooked and awful. after my wax she said if I gave her five minutes she could fix it so I sat down and asked her if she could just cut them shorter because they were so sharp and so crooked. She continue to use a dremmel and try to cut my natural nail into the acrylic nail which hurt and I jerked my hand back multiple times before I stood up and said just stop. When I got to the counter, I was the only person in the salon and there were like eight people at the counter. I said I would pay (with card) for my pedicure, the shellac, and my eyebrow wax and a tip for the guy who did my toes but I refuse to pay for my nails. After about 10 to 15 minutes of me, standing there telling them that I had to leave but I would pay for that, but not for the nails they were not helping me at all, so I gave them whatever cash I had in my wallet and got in my car. The guy then continued to come out and try to open my car door and take a picture of my license plate. this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon, and figured I should warn you guys too.

Lumpy on my fill in and did not go down to end of my nail bed. Will be sticking with Starry Nails for my own nails now on.

Did fine on my kids and were very sweet with them – would not hesitate to take them again.

Once again, Jennifer and Henry pampered me perfectly! Jennifer does my nails and my waxing to perfection! Henry is truly the best pedicure person I have ever had in my life. I have traveled all over the world, and Henry is the best by far and I will always wait for him to do my pedicure. This place is a 12 out of 10 it highly exceeds all my expectations every time

I got my nails done for the first time EVER. Such nice people and only costed me $55. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Jennifer did my nails and omg first off she’s fast! As well as she was so accurate on how I wanted my nails done from just a picture. I usually do not ever write reviews but I feel that her work was phenomenal. At the end of what felt like a 10 minuet amazing nail set she gave me a hand massage too that was very strong and I loved it.
