The first time I went to Hollywood nails. I was very disappointed. Let’s just say not impressed at all. This time I was in a rush and needed my nails done. So I decided to give it one more chance and I’m glad that I did. The nail tech was named Lewis. He did a awesome job, he was very polite and professional. He took he’s time and he did a great job. I have decided to book all future appointments with him. If this is your first time going to Hollywood nails. Ask for Lewis, you will not be disappointed. If I could give him more stars I would. Thank you again Lewis.

update to 4star: I went back after 9days in Europe, and the nail tech fixed with no issue and no extra charge, went with an overlay instead of tips.
Original rating of 1star The nails were falling off while the nail tech was applying the whites. Her solution was to add more nail glue – she stated that glue is no good and continued to use . Flying out to Europe today – will discuss with owners apon my return home in two weeks.

My Dad and I had an appointment with Mindy. My dad’s 90 years old and has diabetes so he just got the foot massage. His nails trimmed and his cuticles done. He said that she is very steady-handed and did an extremely good job on his feet. I on the other hand had the whole works starting from the foot soak. I had the green tea and lemon massage which was amazing. The massage, the hot stones and the prettiest color nail polish. Mindy is the best. We both booked an appointment for next month.

I literally just left this place about 20 minutes ago in tears. This was my first and last time there. Anthony (at least that’s what he told me his name was) cut my toenails down to the skin and on top of that tried to file it down using a nail file. I snatched my foot away after he cut the second toenail and I told him that he was hurting me and that he cut them down way too short. He stated that he could file them still to shape them and begin to use a nail file. I told him no that he was hurting me and begin to cry. He then said he could fix it using acrylic. Im not an acrylic girl, I don’t wear any acrylics ever. I didn’t come into the spa asking for acrylics either. The other ladies came over to ask what happen but they didn’t do anything about it. I asked for a manager but was told that she wasn’t in today. I didn’t even let him finish because my toes are ruined. I left with two nails cut down to the skin, file dust still on my toes. I never even put my feet in the water for the pedicure. I now have to wait until my toenails grow back before I could do anything to them. I’m very disappointed, very upset, mad etc. i do not recommend this place to anybody. I have also attached photos

It was my daughter and I’s first time at this nail salon. The lady I had had very poor customer service. While she do my pedicure she also did her cleaning side work. I asked when do you close, she say 6 pm. The time was 5 pm. She put some lotion on me and left to do her cleaning and come back with hot towels and hot stones. She used hot towel to wipe the lotion off my legs, but didn’t use the hot stone on me. She started to paint my nails and the color wasn’t smooth. She had an attitude and said “oh you don’t like the color “ she wiped it off and told me to pick up different color. Come to finish pedicure. They were supposed to do my manicure, but she just filed it and was going to color with no manicure, so I told her never mind. We paid and walk out to find out that they cut my daughter’s pinkie . They never informed me while I was there. My daughter was so scared she threw up in her mask and didn’t want to come back. When I called, the one who answered the phone didn’t know anything about it. But the person who cashed me out was the one who cut my daughters pinkie and he said absolutely nothing. She didn’t believe me and told me to go back to prove that they cut my daughters pinkie. So, I sent a picture to her. She apologized and was only willing to give $30 back. But this is too late the damage is already done. All I wanted was for them to tell me when my daughter got hurt so I could comfort her when she was scared. But instead, they tried to cover it up.
