I found Hollywood after having such a terrible time getting into any place local in Peshtigo. I had the opportunity to be seen by Payton and was so impressed with the quality of my nails! For the past 2 years I make it a point to visit regularly and never leave dissatisfied. My almost 6 year old has joined me to get her nails painted as well and they treat her like a little princess. The staff are super nice and friendly and I always look forward to my appointments. Anytime anyone local to my area is looking for a place to get nails done I refer them to Hollywood!

This service started off ok I can say from the appearance of the nails they didn’t look bad and the service was OK but however, the day after service I simply scratched my head and one of the nails broke off. It was late so I said I would call in the morning to let them know that the nail had broke off and to see if they could fix the nails when I look at the rest of my nails to see why that one had broke. I started to analyze the nails a little bit more and could tell that they were super thin, now I did not do this the day of because the nails looked OK and I’m not the nail tech so I was trusting the person that was working on my nails, looking at the nails and seeing that they were all about the same I asked them to put more acrylic on all of the bails, so I didn’t have this issue to keep reoccurring, the person that worked on my nails originally was not there. The guy that answered the phone when I called said that they would fix the nails I believe he was the owner. when I got there, Only offered to fix the one that had broke off I stated to him I don’t live here I live in Chicago and would be leaving to go back time that day because he was telling me if I wanted all of the nails fixed then I will have to wait until Tuesday which I assume that’s when the person that originally did my nails would be back in. I just wanted the nails fixed so I didnt keep having the same problem he told me that if I didn’t want the one the one nail fixed none of them was going to be fixed. I stated paid 60 something dollars for my nails to get dine originally and I left a $10 tip so that’s 70 something dollars for my nails to be breaking off two days later then I return home like I stated to him yesterday and I went to work and another nail broke off and I don’t do hard labor like where I’m being super rough on my nails I work in the healthcare field, and I was simply given a client a shower, and washing down with a towel, and one of the nails broke off inside of my gloves not being rough at all there’s no reason why my nails should be just breaking off simply like that for everyday stuff it’s ridiculous, so I proceeded to just let him know that I will be filing a dispute for the matter with my bank because the service was poor and when I came to see if they would fixed the service that was incorrectly done at there business was done they did not want to fix the work that was clearly poor on there behalf. They didn’t even fix it if I’ve ever dealt with something like this and you can clearly see and I brought the nail tip to the shop so he can see how thin it was. He really didn’t even wanna look at it he just like glanced at it that he was like oh I’ll fix this nail for you and I’m like but you can see what I’m showing you so if this one is breaking off from me simply scratching my head then so will the other ones within a few days and like they are the next day another broke this service is poor this organization is poor, rude and just taking people money. I will never go there again wouldnt recommend. Also my sister nails were messed up as well but the person was there so she did get her nails fixed. But just
HORRIBLE for me. No care for customer satisfaction in mind hints the response! You all could have offered me a gift card or something. I know I don’t live there but when I visit my family there again would have been something to offer for the poor service/experience just to help you all with future customer non satifactory issues similar to mines.

My daughters and I were walk-ins and were immediately sat down. We wanted a manicure without polish. My one daughter was done in 5 minutes. The lady then proceeded to put the card reader in her face and tell her to pay and told her to give a tip. She charged her $20 for those five minutes plus a $5 tip. I was watching from afar and didn’t understand why she was done already. The lady that “did” her nails jumped on a massage chair and got a free massage. Um……The lady that did my nails was pretty thorough but in the end left my nails rough not having buffed them at all. She asked how they were and I told her and she used the rough board to clean them a bit more. But didn’t ask again. My other daughter had a very nice lady that was doing a great job. I was standing next to my daughters while she was finishing up and my nail artist told me to sit down. Um…..then the first daughters lady came and said something in Chinese to make the other lady hurry up along with a man hovering over her. So the lady was faster but still did the moneys worth. So all in all it depends on who you get but 2 out of three negative isn’t very good odds. For $67 we expected a bit more. We won’t be back.

This place is so awesome! The staff are so sweet and so super nice!! Brought my daughter in to get a pedicure for her birthday and they did an amazing job, even added a design to her nails for her birthday! Couldn’t be more happy!!

It was my first time getting gel nails done. My nails weren’t carefully filed/shaped and I had to ask her to redo some of them. The gel polish is uneven and looks bad. The photos speak for themselves. While I love the color, the nail tech did a terrible job. She over painted my nails and it seeped over to my nail wall and skin. Very blotchy and you can see some spots are painted more than other spots.
