I’ve been going there for years. But when I took an elderly relative to the salon, one technician there refused to ask her anything about the service she wanted. She would instead come to me to ask everything. On three occasions I advised the technician to please speak directly with the senior with me about what she wanted. I only go there if I’m going alone. The other technicians are great. This lady does not do the same work as the others. The owner is kind and accommodating. The price is better than most local salons. They never talk to the customers.
