I recently visited your salon for a pedicure and opted for the “spa” pedicure which was $35. The pedicure was supposed to include callus cuticle grooming, callus removal, and a foot & leg massage. However, I did not feel like these services were fully provided, but that didn’t bother me too much. At checkout, I asked if I needed to put the tip on the card and was told no, so I paid with cash. I handed over $60 without being told the total cost, and she gave me back $15. i gave her $10 for the tip after she handed me the $15.right after i realized she already gave herself a tip and i should have only originally paid $35. and my toes didn’t last 5 days!! never going back 🙂

Today I went for 55 $ pedicure. The technician Kim that did my pedicure did a horrible job . The services was suppose to provide cuticle
Removal , message and hot stone message, it was very poorly done . I felt like my feet looked the same before I did pedicure , message was a joke , pedicure was done in half hr . I reported to
Owner about how poorly it was done did not care to offer services redone told me to
Come back again and ask for some one else . I am going to this place for 8 yrs noticed lot of new faces working every time I go . I am
Planning to fine another place for mani / pedi . Quality of services are poor , customer service poor . Customers are just number they care for their money . I would not recommend any one to go here . I wanted to do manicure , I
Changed my mind and did not get it done as services are not worth money . They rush with services .

I asked for French tip spider web nails for Halloween. These are clearly way further down than a French tip. The sparkles (which originally were supposed to be covered on all lines but she was rushing and talked me out of it for her own sake) and webs are so messy and poorly done. She also clearly got nail polish on my hand (1st pic) and didn’t even wipe it off! This ugly set (which was also only a fill) COSTED $70!!!!! When I went and paid I gave her $90 hoping for change back and she didn’t even ask if I wanted my change back giving me a rude look!!! And since it was so poorly done, I will have to spend even more money going to a different nail salon to get them fixed. Over priced and extremelyyyyyy terrible job. I am NEVER coming back to this terrible excuse of a nail salon ever again. Don’t waste your time, they definitely don’t take their time to make them look nice anyways.

I paid $70 for long square nails and they broke within two days. It’s blotchy and thick, when I went to get it fixed, she didn’t even make sure that it was the same length as my other hand. A day later, another nail broke, and I’m not even doing anything crazy with my hands. Never wasting my $$ here again!

I thought this would be a different nail salon because Chuck the greeter seemed to be super nice. I watched how every person came in without an appointment, because he asked, get serviced. To top it off he asked me to wash my hands before even sitting at a table in which he didn’t ask of any other client. I washed how every person other than those of color sit right down without being asked to wash their hands. So I’m at my nail tech seat and asked if he could clean up my cuticles and the advised him off the length I wanted. Needless to say he rushed through so fast that he didn’t get a chance to clean up my nails as my pic shows. After I paid I still wanted to leave a tip but he walked away so fast I was still standing there with money in my hand. I walked out and write this review.
