Had a 12:30 pm appointment. Got there, was greeted and shown to a chair for a pedicure.
Then sat and sat and sat.
Kept hearing “be right with you”. Two people came in with 1 pm appointments, were seated right away and their pedicures were started!!
Same happened with friend having a manicure.
The others appeared to be “regulars” so I guess it didn’t matter if we sat and waited.
If I hadn’t ridden with a friend and didn’t want her manicure to suffer, I would have left.
I told them and “so busy” was response.
No, you overbooked and favored your regulars over others with appointments.
Won’t be back.

I visited this nail place on 2/28/24, the gentlemen was very nice and told me $30 for my nails. The nail tech advised me my nails were old and I could pay $27, come back next week and get a full set. At check out, I was told the nail tech doesn’t fully understand what she was telling me and my price was now $40. The gentleman sat in the chair saying nothing. The person who was translating, confused me even more. I paid the fee, plus a tip. Don’t understand why the price went to the highest on the list and I’m removing them next week and just wanted a basic acrylic fill in!!!

Had a wonderful experience having a manicure and gel polish applied. Mai did a fantastic job, both with the manicure and polish application.
The sanitation practices seem to be top notch too. I am also a trained esthetician so I know what to watch for and what to ask. I am going back in three weeks.

First time customer and had a very good experience. Went on a Saturday morning around. 9:30 and had not made an appointment. Git in right away for my pedicure. It was very relaxing. An older gentleman did my pedicure. He was very thorough. Would definitely go back again. Very good service.

Called. at last minute, but was able to get appointment. Service was good, only thing I was disappointed in was they don’t do mylar on nails. Just straight color and basic nail art. But all in all friendly and very detail oriented.
