This is THE best hotel in the area. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff has been stellar in helping me when I have to put family up in a place for any reason. I think I have put people there at least half a dozen times in the last year and this is our preferred hotel. They have made it so easy for me to get a room for my kids for emergencies and with their small dogs. I can’t rave about the staff enough. You really have to check this place out. I look forward to being able to stay there myself, to be honest. 😉

Admittedly, I wasn’t stoked when my companies travel group put me in a holiday inn express when I have status with Marriott and Hilton brands. Not was I wrong. This hotel put every Marriott and Hilton property to shame that I’ve stayed in the last couple years at least.
The staff was incredibly well trained and professional. Breakfast looked excellent and at least on par with other continental breakfasts offered at other hotels. The hotel seemed virtually brand new. Bed was very comfortable and the best blackout shades I’ve seen.
To say I was surprised is an understatement. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel because of the good reviews. We checked in late and the night crew was great! We got to our room and it was suppose to be a 2 queen suite, enough to sleep 6 people. The room just had 2 queen beds with a chair. We did get a roll away which was a pain but doable. The next morning we went down to get breakfast right at 9:30 and the older man running it was very rude to me and my family. I understand it closed then, but there still was food that was already made that we could grab and go. He said disrespectfully, we needed to hurry, and because we were the last ones we needed to help him clean up.

Stayed here a week during my daughter’s aviation camp. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and orderly. Amenities were clean and well kept.

I’ve been a loyal platinum member for nearly 20 years. The fixture on the shower that is placed for one to set their foot on came apart because of cheap glue and I hit my head. The front desk manager (Ahanti) was flustered, confused, refused to inspect the damage, refused to say whether I would be charged for it when the cleaning ladies find it, didn’t ask if I was ok, didn’t offer a new room with a fully functional shower and allowed several people to cut in front of me over the course of 30 minutes before addressing the concern directly himself to ensure they wouldn’t charge me. He didn’t even do that. Very simple, but it was WAY over his head. They charge for everything little thing, but won’t make the slightest effort to take care of a loyal IHG guest. Unacceptable. All he would say was, “I’m the night manager sir!!”. This place was built cheap and fast. The only Holiday Inn Express I’ve given a bad review. Stayed here for nearly 12 nights. Will not be back. Go to Casa Grande or Queen Creek. Staff cares about their patrons there. Flabbergasted that IHG has a location staffed with people like this and one thats been so cheaply built. Look for yourself.
