Kelly reached out to me 5 days after my hair cut to see if I was willing to come in for her to look at my hair and see what age could do to fix it. She was accommodating with her schedule. Although my hair did get cut much shorter than I originally wanted, Kelly did take the time to even out the cut and make it look much better than it was when I initially left. Kelly took the time to follow back up the following day to make sure I was satisfied which I was. Kelly provided exceptional customer service to me! The original woman who cut my hair is also no longer at the salon.

I wish I could write & say I’ve had a great experience like all of the reviews I read which is why I decided to try coming here however, what a mistake & I’m now left with MUCH shorter hair & I’m going to need to pay to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. I scheduled an appointment online to have my hair washed, cut and styled and really all I needed was a trim. I wear my hair shorter and it’s been 4 weeks so the back and front just need trimmed up, not a brand new unwanted style. I arrived at my appointment 15 mins early a woman was finishing up with someone else, went to the back to talk to someone I’m guessing it was that other persons turn but she wasn’t interested and came back out and said you can come with me, so I already felt like I was an inconvenience for the salon. I showed her 3 pictures and said this is a trim only. She asked if I needed my hair washed & I said it was washed in the morning & I have product in it. She tried wetting and combing it so often then finally said yes we better shampoo it. Well that’s why I scheduled for that. Then the hair cut started- I’ve never had such uneven & choppy hair, it’s short & super noticeable. It’s absolutely disgraceful that I needed to pay for this & I’m left with hair that looks like a child cut it. My neighbor this morning asked if I took scissors to my hair it’s that uneven. I would have rather the individual be honest that they wanted to leave early & I was an inconvenience coming in at 4:15pm or telling me she wasn’t comfortable trimming my hair as I liked & I would have respected that much more than the mess she made.

Kayla did a fantastic job with my highlights!! She was super super friendly and very helpful! I’m very happy with how it turned out! Thank you so much for the recommendations as well!

This right here has me in tears, Kayla is an amazing person, but she didn’t do a very good job on my hair. I’ve been crying all day on and off because my hair is so important to me. She only had 20 minutes til her next appointment, and this is how it turned out. I feel she felt rushed. Kayla, as a person, is wonderful, outgoing, and engaging in conversation. She’s a great person, and if she had more time, I’m more than sure it would have turned out great. But I’m just so very upset. The layers are choppy and uneven, and overall, just a rushed job.

UPDATE 4 DAYS LATER: So Mindy reached out to me to come back in to give her a chance to fix it up. Fixing it up is putting it lightly. She did such a phenomenal job, and I’m telling you, she is such a caring soul! I’m so impressed how she was able to fix it. I was so nervous that I would have had to get it cut even shorter, but Mindy did her very best not to go too much shorter. I’m very pleased about how it turned out. This salon is wonderful and truly does care about the customers satisfaction. I’m one very happy customer and will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back to see Mindy. I appreciate her so much, I can’t thank her enough.

Kayla has amazing skills! I have been getting my hair cut here for 6 years and can say she is consistently excellent. Just had highlights done and am extremely pleased!

I got my hair cut by Mindy Rose and she did an awesome job! She helped convince my sibling to get a haircut as well and they loved it! Very nice to the customers and no wait very fast.
