I got a pedicure today for my Mother’s Day treat. The service was good, the establishment was very clean. The spa chair had massage. The prices were reasonable. I got the Island Spa Pedicure. It has a massage, scrubs, and paraffin wax treatment. She did an excellent job. I also paid attention to the sanitary conditions. A special insert is used for each customer. The tools were removed from a sealed tray. I definitely recommend this salon. I requested a female technician as well, and she was lovely. I have just recovered from a sprained ankle as well. She was gentle and mindful of my injured foot.

Had a bad experience in December at this nail salon. I always give 2nd chances. Unfortunately this visit was not good as well. $35.00 pedi looks like I did them at home! And no foot rub?!?! Come on! Never again!

BUCKLE UP I GOT A STORY FOR YALL. Where do I begin? Heard about them from a friend and was looking for a new salon, thought why not? The work looked good and when she told me the price- even better! First time going had a great experience for a full set, prices were incredible, service was great. Second time going, got a pedicure and fill in- again amazing service but the price seemed a little high. I joked with the lady at the counter about it – she explained and I said all is good- paid and left. Came today and this is by far the WORST I’ve ever been treated at a nail salon. Starting out I always make appointments- I don’t like to sit around and wait and I’m a busy person so I made an appointment for myself, my mom, my sister, and my niece. 3 adult pedicures, 2 fill ins, an eyebrow wax, and a kids mani pedi. We had a little wait- that’s cool. We all get into the pedicures and my niece sat for the whole time we got pedicures- she’s 7 and had her iPad with her so that’s fine. We finish they tell me it’ll be 10-15 mins for my nails, I had no issue that’s fine. Didn’t wait long. She started my nails- in the middle of doing my nails she says “ okay don’t touch anything, someone else is doing your design” I said huh? And she goes “ SOMEONE ELSE WILL DO DESIGN” I then sat while everyone in the salon ether argued why they wouldn’t be doing my nails or laughed that she just left while doing my nails. Design gets done and some man asked the girl who ended up doing my design how much it would be- he suggested $20 she said no $10. I paid for my fill in, my BASIC pedicure, and my nieces regular polish mani pedi… why’d I pay $145? Why’d I watch him ring me out for a $20 design after she said $10? Why’d I get charged $50 for a basic pedicure that was $30 in THEIR book? WHY DOES MY NAIL LOOK LIKE THIS? Needless to say- I need a new salon

I usually never leave reviews or complain but I went here less than a week ago. Maybe less then a week ago, they did an okay job w/ the nails but then not even a day and a half later one came off and another the nail polish started chipping. Then maybe 2 days later they ALL came right off. Would not recommend going here if you want the long lasting acrylics. 🫤

I’ve been going here to get my nails done and I’ve always had a great experience here. I came in yesterday for my first ever pedicure and it was awesome. These are my birthday nails I got done yesterday and I’ve already been getting compliments everywhere I go. 🙂 Thank you Hobart nails !
