I had an amazing experience at His & Hers Nails. Scarlett was incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. My nails look absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail and the level of care were top-notch. Definitely a 5-star experience! I highly recommend Scarlett and this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service.

First off, this Salon has two different listings on Google because their original location has so many bad reviews, that they tried to fool everyone by creating a separate business account at the exact same location with a whole bunch of paid for five star reviews.
I had never been here before and booked an eyelash lift for my 15-year-old daughter online, on their website, where the price was listed as $35.
First off, the service should’ve only been an hour long, ended up taking over two hours. I found out that the owner herself was the one who was doing my daughter’s lashes, and clearly had no idea what she was doing.
When I went to pay, they told me it was $90. I told them that I had booked online and showed them that it was listed as $35. The owner told me that it was listed wrong, and I needed to pay the $90.
She literally sat there and argued with me about the fact that I just would have to pay the $90 even though it was listed incorrectly, and that wasn’t her fault.
What kind of a business owner demands that a client pays almost 3 times the amount of a service?!
And then, to make matters worse, the owner herself who was doing the service, absolutely destroyed my daughter’s lashes. I mean, chemically fried the hell out of them. One eye was crimped all crazy with broken fried lashes, and the other eye was stick straight, even after two hours!! I cannot believe the audacity of this woman demanding that I pay her three times the amount of what was listed, and she doesn’t even know how to do the service properly in the first place!!
My daughter is left with chemically broken lashes that are a complete disaster and will literally take months before they will fall out and regrow and look normal again.
It is completely reckless for this lady to be doing any kind of chemical services when she clearly has not been trained properly and doesn’t know what she’s doing. And then for her to try to demand three times the listed price is just disgusting.
And for her to be the owner is simply appalling. Literally go anywhere else.

I got my toes and nails done by Mia and Tina and from the moment I stepped into the salon I was tested for a fever and told to wash my hands. I got a wonderful massage while I soaked and also got my eyebrows done after the fact by sylvi , everyone was extremely sweet and caring. 10/10 recommend this place

A clean and busy nail salon. Most of the staff are friendly and efficient. It depends who does your nails and on what day. The owner, Lee is a doll.

First time getting a pedicure. Really enjoyed the whole experience. I will be back again. Kim was awesome.
