Highland Nails in Louisville, KY

This place is amazing!! I came here after recently getting my nails done at Walmart. Let’s just say I learned a lesson to only buy my groceries at Walmart and not get my nails done there too! The ladies here fixed my nails and made them beautiful again. I’m so so happy. They did a soak off of the old nails and gave me a new set. They look and feel beautiful. I would definitely recommend! I will be going back here again. Thank you so much for restoring my confidence 😊

He went out of his way to stay after hours to fix what he thought was not perfect and is such a humble and dedicated owner to his clientele.
Every time I come in, he and his staff are always so friendly and accommodating.

This was my FIRST time there. The girl (heavy set, black hair, Cuban woman) that did my nails (full set) filed my nails SO much that I barely had nail for her to adhere the tips to! The acrylic application felt like my fingers were burning in the depths of hell and then when she used to UV light on them, I told her it burned REALLY BAD and all she did was spray alcohol on them. My painful service was overpriced and she was hurting me so bad that I just went with the ugly square nails she gave me at first since she NEVER ASKED how I wanted them so I missed the opportunity to choose. I went home, hated them so much that I went back the very next day and asked for my nails to be changed entirely. Of course they charged for this service as well even though i told the owner I wasn’t happy AT ALL. Weeks later, my nails aren’t falling off AT ALL and I’m rather impressed but not impressed enough to go back there. So I went to my usual nail salon Long Nails with Jason. Jason informed me that my nail beds were SO dug into that no wonder it burned when I was getting them done. My finger tips were so burnt that they peeled and revealed new skin eventually. To make a long story short, I just took off my nails and you can LITERALLY TELL how much she dug into my bed from how low my finger nail is from the side. Jason’s work was significantly higher up since he didn’t drill as much as she did. My finger nails from the side look like steps just to have a visual of what she did. Taking my nails off has been hell because the little bit of nail she left me with is barely a barrier as I’m taking them off. My fingers are THROBBING! I’ve NEVER gone through this much pain taking some nails off. I wouldn’t go here even if they offered me FREE SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This is such a great nail salon! Nice facilities, quick and perfect work from the nail techs. A really beautiful selection of polish colors too!

Love this place. Came here with 4 others without appointments and we were taken care of quickly. Annie was very gentle and did a great job! Super sterile! You take a QR code to view the colors on your phone, everyone is required to wash hands as soon as they enter. There is a $2 charge for your own manicure kit that you can bring back with you so nothing is reused. Plastic partitions to keep a safe distance. I was very very happy!!
