If you’re someone who makes new year’s resolutions, please consider adding “do not go to Highland Nail Bar” as one of them. I’ve consistently gotten my nails done, usually dip, for the last 5+ years so I believe that I have a good measure of what is considered quality service. This is the opposite. While the staff were friendly, it took over two hours from start to finish – much too long for what I was getting done. Staff moved slow, which would have been appreciated had the end result been great. I wanted rose gold chrome and it was obvious that my technician did not know what he was doing. He had to restart the chrome process 3 times and needed assistance from another technician. This is fine, but please let me know up front if you do not know how to apply or complete a certain service so I can make an informed decision. The quality was sloppy, even after asking for things to be fixed. The person checking me out had to clean up my cuticles at the cash register and it still was messy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your nail service needs in 2022.

The nails are gorgeous they just do not have their pricing. I don’t know is if it was because I am a person of color they decided to charge me additional items for just shaping the nail which is the job of the manicure and they consider my nails long, which they’re not. They also added on additional charges for jail with it only be $20 but they added on an extra five and six dollars and an acrylic overlay for one toe $35. It is a rip off and I ended up paying almost $50 over the original price And I tipped both of the ladies $20 as you can see. I don’t like dishonesty and do not rip me off. I would go back, but I don’t feel as if I’m getting fair treatment. The receipt is included and I will never go back again which is unfortunate because the work is pretty good.
