Went in on a Monday evening around 5:30 they told me it would be an hour & that’s exactly what it was which was fine with me. So the guy the usually does LASHES gets started on me. I tell him I want a simple American French manicure. The whole time he’s working on my nails he’s struggling and the white is completely different from every fingernail. When I tell him I don’t want the white that fat he says okay and keeps curing the nail. When he goes to fix it bc I’ve pointed it out a million times now he drills a huge piece and then goes over with a nude come and doesn’t even make it look good it looks splotchy and all the nails are clumpy looking. By this time I’m over it and just want to leave so I tell him it’s fine and proceed to pay the other guy. He seems to think my 4 year old was going to pay for herself and left her off my ticket but I told him let’s get her added to the ticket (which seems to annoy him) then when they add her to the ticket I was trying to understand why it was so much for just a normal polish no manicure, gel, dip or nothing … I start to look for the prices and he gets irritated and asks what I’m doing. Him looking where it says how much a polish change is to which he says I should charge you $40!!! Which makes me laugh bc he’s said with so much attitude … I paid and left never again will I go back to such rude customer service not to mention the LASH GUY doesn’t know what he’s doing either. Also my nails look like they’re grown out and I just got them done 6 hours ago

One of the best qualities of a business is exhibiting good customer service. Tony and the staff at Highland Lounge not only provide a relaxing and inviting environment but they are talented and educated in their ability to provide services such as the manicures, pedicures, facials, eyelashes and waxing at Highland Lounge that I have personally received and continue to happily.

Great customer service is shown by Tony, Tammy and Christopher’s ability to solve a problem with little information and provide a service even under the most stressful situations with a humble attitude & genuine focus on providing a service to their clients that ultimately ends
With them feeling satisfied with the service provided to them.

Highland Lounge is a great salon. I have never had any issues in the last year and a half of being a customer. Tony has made every experience amazing.
I recently got a pedicure from Chris and can honestly say he was amazing. He was very detailed about every aspect of the pedicure. I have been getting pedicures for years and can say this was probably the best. He was kind and explained what he was doing.
I recommend this salon to anyone that asks me because of the friendly and caring staff. Keep up the great work!

I hated to see the latest review that was so bad because Tony and the gang at Highland are the absolute best!! They always treat me with the utmost respect and are very meticulous in their work. I have broken and chipped nails and when I call, Tony always works me in very quickly to keep my hands looking their best. When I have nail appointments the girls in my office can’t wait to see what design Tony creates that week. I won’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work Highland Lounge and don’t let the haters get you down!!!!!!!

I have been a customer at Highland Lounge-Big Spring for 2 1/2 years.
They have always been wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone.
It is a very comfortable place to relax.
It’s never overcrowded.
Tony’s color creations always amaze me.
More often than not, I don’t know what color I want.
Tony’s always picks the perfect one.
