I’ve been getting my lashes here done for a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hien truly is the best at what she does and I always appreciate how quick my appointments are. This place has the perfect cozy environment and I even feel relaxed when getting my lashes done. Hands down, this is the best med spa in Tuscaloosa

I’ve been to Hien twice and I loved the atmosphere. she seems down to earth. unfortunately I’m having to leave a less than stellar review because when I went the first time, I loved my lashes so much that I spent over $215 including a tip that I felt was deserved. The issue is that during my two week fill, or immediately after, I lost a massive amount of lashes from one eye within 1 day. I sent Hien a message via messenger and she told me to come during my 2pm lunch. I arrive and she’s taking a break and tells me that they will get me taken care of. While I’m waiting someone walked in and was told that “it didnt take long for her to get there” as if she was fit in like me. Hien walks in and tells me that one of her girls will fix my lashes. My first time coming to her salon, one of her girls did my lashes and I did not like them. So I then started seeing Hien. I sent Hien a personal message prior to leaving this review and she then completely removed me from her books- by action of having someone call to reschedule my next appointment with a different person. Customer service is essential. Needless to say, this was my final visit to her salon. Well wishes though.
