I’ve never had my nails done where it hurt.. It was aggressive and was very rushed, and even with all the poking and snipping the sides of my nails aren’t neat and the base near my cuticles (which are still raw..) aren’t even either. None of the nails were filed properly and aren’t the same lengths, and there are bubbles in the gel but she still cured them. (Can’t see we’ll in the pics) There was still polish on my skin as well. I also noticed a lot of the tools seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned from the last people. The color is ok but overall I wouldn’t go again…

After moving to the area, I decided to stop in and check this place out. I had been to multiple salons before but never cared for the work. Pam got me in right away and now I’ve been a regular for months! I can always say I’ve never been disappointed. Even when I come in with broken nails (I play softball) she fixes them up for me and gets me on my way! You’re the best Pam!!

Everything happens for a reason. Terrible service at a salon led me to walking into Hi Nails & Spa. I was thrilled to meet Pam, the proprietor. She was warm and friendly, and I can tell instantly what kind of person she was, displaying, honor, and integrity.

Her work is outstanding and I say that meaning it literally. It stands out superiorly to most technicians who I have used in the last 20 years living in Arizona.

She is old school and her years of experience and expertise almost make it sinful to go elsewhere.

I had a phenomenal pedicure. She smoothed my “wavy” toenails. Nobody has ever offered that in all my years. She mended chipped and weak fingernails leaving my hands holiday ready with an awesome snowflake design.

Pam also waxed my eyebrows perfectly!!!!!

This is a must use salon. Prices are excellent as well.

Thank you Pam. I will be back and I will be referring you to everyone I know.
