Shop is dirty. Bathroom needs cleaning. Floor needs to be swept and mopped. Not good when my nail tech is swatting bugs away. Manager loves treating people differently based on their ethnic background. Massage if life changing. Ask for David. This place needs to step it up… Do better by your customers…

Love the woman uplifting atmosphere and my nail tech Renee was conversational, personable, and did an AMAZING job! No chips or breaks and these nails are strong! Thanks for this relaxing wonderful affordable experience! I will be back and bringing friends!! Love the chairs for the young girls as well

Today I visited herbal essentials nails spa and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The music was a nice touch. Rene was my tech and she was so engaging. I was impressed by her skills. I got a full set and eyebrow wax. I will definitely be back again. Thank you ladies for a wonderful first experience.

Great staff. Great hospitality. Great selection. Vicky, Diane, and M are super nice. Pretty spot. No wait. They respect wearing a mask. Reasonable prices. Next to Randall’s, grab a Starbucks next door and chill at the spa.

Best place I’ve been to so far, they did exactly what I wanted and more. Renee was my technician and she was very nice and professional.the staff was awesome, the place was nice I highly recommend.
