Always love coming in here! It’s quiet – not crowded! Everyone is friendly, and the pedi / massage is never painful.

I have been going for two years, today I pick a polish and get done and now upcharged yo 174 dollars total ,and I have never paid over 154 that including eye brows , sadly I will not be back, I told him he was over charging me and he said now everything is charged separately and the color polish I picked cost more, never once did they tell me that . Sadly several of my friends go I have warned them prices are different and I sent them there. He didn’t care he lost a long term customer thank you. I have sat back and watched people walk out before now I understand . Will find somewhere else.

I love Nail Opi. Charlie is super sweet, great service and a very calming and relaxing environment. No loud tvs, just soft music. Definitely recommend.

Was feeling rather down went in to just get my nails done for a little pick me up, enjoyed the experience so much went for the pedi, And a full face wax. Was so pleased with the service will no longer need to drive 3 and a 1/2 hours back to the dfw metroplex for a good salon.
The ambience was great not overstamulating not too quiet just perfect place to go relax and get the undivided attention of a Tech

Went in for a “soak off” service for my acrylic toenails and made it clear multiple times and even called ahead asking if they offered “SOAK OFFs” and they said yes but instead I found myself sitting in a chair letting a lady slide a nail tip under my nail bed to pull them off instead of soak it off like I asked. The lady was very kind but overall I will not be back especially after they charged me $16 dollars for it.
