This was my second time at this place . The first time was great and Stefanie did a good job, so I tried a second time. I asked for Stephanie again, but they were very busy and I was I walk in. I tried to call to make an appointment but no one answered, so I decided to show up and try my luck.
The lady that did my pedicure was good too, however I needed a fill on my acrylic nails, so she moved me with this guy named Rick, which could be the owner, since no one there to say anything when the following occurred. I sat on his station and told him what I wanted. I really loved my nails the way they were, but I have an event this evening, so I told him I just wanted a refill. He told me that he would have to removed the whole thing, and I repeat it that I just wanted a refill, then he told me in a very firm and frustrated voice “I am not going to do it” and walkout on my, he then went to the back of the place and started to complain about me to another lady there, while probably thinking that I didn’t know what he was saying… his body language was enough to see, since he wasn’t hiding his frustration.
I got my nails ruined before with people like this, wanting to remove everything every time and I wouldn’t do it again. When I saw he wasn’t coming back , I got up and pay for my pedicure. I had a couple more words with him before leaving and expressed to him how rude he was to me and how you don’t walkout on a client like that, he never even apologize. I must say that I am a calm person and have never had to do anything like this anywhere else, but of course, I have never been disrespected like this either.
After this unpleasant experience, I went to the shopping center next to his shop, where this lady did exactly what I asked for in 10 min. My nails look amazing and event ready, but not thanks to him.
The 2 starts are not for him, as I feel he deserves none. You can see a picture of how my nails looked after another shop did them, therefore it was possible just to do what I requested. It may not be okay for him, but this was what I wanted.

I had my nails done by, Jenny. I asked for a manicure with a colored French Tip. She took her time and did an amazing job. She has an amazing personality too! My ten year old daughter got full set acrylic nails with French tip and a design she was seen by, Quinn. She did an outstanding job.

This is the BEST nail salon in NOVA! Very professional and polite staff. Extremely clean as well. My nail tech, Quinn, is heaven sent. She is by far the BEST nail tech I have EVER had. She is very detailed in her work. You cannot beat that. You will not be disappointed if you scheduled an appointment here.

Had 2 have a set removed. Rick was careful not to cause more damage to my natural nail. My new set is fall ready. Also Tanya took care of my mom. We will definitely be back
