The environment was very welcoming, and despite them being fairly busy they were able to seat me at our original appointment time. That being said, the tech doing my nails had cut me twice, left a bunch of powder around my nails so they looked so incredibly messy, and didn’t offer cuticle oil. So I was left with dry, crunchy, cuticles.
I also went with my mom and sister who both got mani pedis. My sister was told the color she picked would be the same on her hands and feet. Her toes ended up being more green and her hands more blue so they definitely didn’t match. When she was getting her nails done, she said more than once that she had changed her mind about getting the design she had mentioned and didn’t want it anymore, but they drew it on anyways. Thankfully my mom’s colors matched on her hands and feet, but she too was left with crusty, crunchy cuticles despite having a different nail tech doing her set. Safe to say I will not be going back.

They were rude, late, and did not honor our appointment. Two of us were left waiting for someone to do our pedi, and I had to wait again for someone to do my mani, which put us behind an hour.

Acrylic liquid was spilled all over my aunt’s foot and it was brushed off like nothing happened.

Although our nails look nice, we will find an establishment who does high quality work, values our TIME, and ALL of their clients.

I have been going to this place for years and have a couple mishaps here and there. This time I was extremely unhappy and at the same time in so much pain. I had a cut from where one of my nails had broken on my physical nail bed and the tech just acted like it was not there. Drilled right over it immediately, the nail tech was clearly in a rush. She rushed through my entire set, my nails were kinda sloppy, acrylic bubbles underneath my nails, she cut me a couple times and the French and the length is not what I asked for at all

Sam always makes time to do my nails whenever I mess them up after getting them done by him, Mia or Holly. They are the best at what they do. I have not had one issue with a set I have gotten done by them and they always make adjustments to fit my chosen nail shape while keeping to the design inspirations and always involving me in any recommendations or changes they feel would look best without completely changing the entire design.

I’ve tried almost every nail salon in town and Hendersonville Nails is hands down the best! Holly always does an amazing job. Sam and his team have excellent customer service, a nice atmosphere that is clean, and friendly front desk greeters. Five stars for me!
