I have been coming here for 2 years, usually no issues. I came to get a fill today and notice my finger starts to burn very badly. After taking the pain for 5 minutes I finally say something to which the owner only responds that she can take the nail off. Not what I want I just didn’t know why it was hurting so bad. She states it’s because of an allergy (how if all my nails didn’t act this way?) she then tried to charge me 15 to take them off or 20 if I leave to go somewhere else. I ask another nail tech in Spanish if she’s seen this if I can continue with my nails because I needed them done. The owner begins yelling at me saying I am making a big deal of nothing. My finger continues to burn and it’s over an hour after this fill. My finger is swollen with my skin all white under the nail. I really do believe she burned me with the chemical by accident however how she handled it was HORRIBLE. Embarrassing me to the point where other clients are watching like it’s a show all the while my finger feels like it’s on fire!
