This is what my nails looked like after 24 hrs. I wasn’t doing anything rough with them or anything I literally woke up to them looking like this. I tried to call and solve the problem but I did have to remove them cause they kept cutting me on the broken edges and the lady who always answers the phone was very rude and refused to speak to me human to human she blamed me for it.
Update 9/27 it took over 2 months for my hands to heal from this awful experience. I highly suggest making sure they’re not busy when you go in

By far the best nail salon in Keene hands down! Helen has managed to make my nails strong and healthy all while making them look pretty! People are amazed that these are my real nails!

Great job. Snuck me in literally last minute for a full set, let me change my mind after I got in the chair, (was originally going to do a solid color) and then she did such a great job on my dip set that SHE was excited and asked to take a picture. (I wish I had asked her for the picture). These pictures are a week and a half later, no chips, no cracks, no complaints – happy girl. 🙂

I love going to Helen. I’ve been going there for the last 3 years. I see her every two weeks (but I can make my nails last 3 weeks if I wanted to). They are always so friendly, fair priced, and the nails look great. I get a lot of compliments.

My new preferred nail salon! I went in last week and the staff are are so nice. Normally I’d get acrylics but the woman explained how much healthier dip was. She was very clear about the prices before we tried it, and she made sure that everything was how I had asked for. The dip is holding up very well!
