Regular customer here. I came in for a nail fill only to get the fill not the same color as my previous set. I mentioned it to them when I noticed without them telling me. They said chrome would cover it but I asked to see the chrome before he did all of my nails to see if I’d like it. I did not like it and so I asked to do white shellac. He kept huffing, pulling my arm hard, and shuffling his things almost as a throw. When I asked the manager to take my set off because the paint was uneven and patchy he told me basically that’s how white looks. Had I known I would have went a different route before we did white but I’m not professional and wasn’t sure how they expected me to know that without voicing it to me. I was asked to pay for the soak off and fill. I have never complained there and normally love their work. This situation showed me they don’t care for loyal customers and would rather not help and get an attitude when a customer voices an issue.

My go to place! Everytime I show them a picture of what I want, they do exactly that! Or get as close to it! I have never had a bad experience here! I love it there! 🩷

Got my nails done a week done a little over a week ago usually dip last me 3-4 weeks but this was put on so thick and started chipping really fast was the first place to ever put shellac top coat over dip which I think is what possibly cause plus the powder just being to thick.

I came to this place because a couple of people I know said they were sooo amazing, well that and my regular place is closed on this particular day of the week but I was in need of a new set. Unfortunately I hated everything about my experience here. I got a pedicure and then got my daughters all pedicures on top of a new full set. The guy who did my pedicure which I paid 60 plus shellac on my toes rushed through my pedicure on top of being so rough. I have to tell him not to rub my leg or hit it so hard when he was massaging it which shouldn’t be necessary when you can clearly see a bruise on my leg. Mind you they were NOT busy. To make matters worse the nail tech who did my nails did an awful job. I swear my nails look like something I did myself during the beginning of the pandemic when salons closed. I knew I wasn’t going to my regular person so I though I’d keep it simple and basic. I showed him the picture and we’ll it turned out to be one of those what you ask for VS. what you get. Each one of my nails is a different shape and there is so much acrylic and glue on the back of my nail it’s almost comical. Anywho lesson learned. I Definitely DO NOT recommended.

Will not be coming here again I wanted my nails matte pink and went home satisfied then 2 hours later they had blue spots all over my nails for I don’t know what reason! Then I went back and told them and he just put a shiny coat over it!! It went away. Then I came home and they were blue spots all over them AGAIN. Went the next day and told them If they can just change the color and they did but as they were doing it he was doing it sloppy and the nail polish was drippy all on my nail. And I come home and my pinky nail popped off for no reason!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Oh and not to mention they still left pink spots under nail. So unprofessional!!!
