I have been coming to this salon for almost a year now. I always came to see Candie to get acrylics done and tips, she was amazing. However I recently decided to go a more natural route and took off my fake tips, doing this has resulted in a nightmare. The first set I did was gel by Mikey, he did not inform me that I probably should not get gel based on the state of my freshly ripped off acrylic weak nails, just did the service. Every single nail broke. So I came in 2 weeks later for dip instead of the gel. I was told the dip would be stronger. However, I went on vacation (first pictures) and my French nails cracked on 4 different nails within a week and a half. I had to pay an additional $20 at another location in Colorado since this happened on my vacation. I came in and they had Mikey redo- my nails. They ended up being better and lasted the full 2/3 weeks with no cracking. Up until about 3 weeks ago when I came to see another male whom I can recall the name for French again. I ended up getting the set done, and did not verify the color I wanted for the French which was a bright gauty pink, so I asked for clear which had to be redone. I could hear him clicking in Chinese when I complained. Mind you my appointment was at 6 and they close at 7. He rushed redoing my nails and rubbed lotion on my with his DIRTY hands. I immediately felt disgusted and rushed to my car to wash my hands with a bottle of water I had. When I did this all of the dip around my cut I locked hardened. I walked straight back in and was offered to come back Saturday for a redo, instead the manager a short haired brunette lady talked me into getting them shaved done (EVEN MORE THIN on my weak nails) this man with glasses redid them. He kept chiming in that the person who did my nails just have been tired and wanted to go and they were not done right. So I’m out $60. Within the weak they all just completed break off like the first time. I called to let them know and was told “because you already had a redo we cannot do a full refund, and it seems like your nails are very weak (no duh) and we want to know what we can do to make you happy but we cannot keep covering the costs) despite knowing the state of my nails since they removed the acrylics they blamed it on me instead of taking accountability. I paid $20 to have Sally redo my nails and tip. Within a week AGAIN my nails have cracked. I am so fed up with this location and am disappointed that I was blamed for my quality of nails when I see multiple other negative reviews on here for cracking nails. I think they used poor quality products and have staff that are over worked and feel rushed. Overall I like to stick with the same person for everything, but I am now currently on the search for a new salon.

So glad I finally found an amazing and consistent nail salon in the area. Sally has been doing my dip powder nails for several months now and she is the best. It’s the longest I’ve been able to go between appointments without chipping or cracking. I had a set last over 4 weeks and only changed them bc I wanted a new color lol. She shapes them perfectly as well and is always spot on with my reference photos. Highly recommend!!

Thuy did an amazing job with my nails! I’ve never done chrome before so I was hesitant but she was confident I would love them, and I did! Absolutely beautiful! She’s great!

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! The staff is incredibly welcoming and always make you feel right at home while you wait for your loved one to be pampered. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s clear that everyone here is dedicated to providing top-notch service. My wife always leaves with beautiful nails and a big smile on her face. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful nail salon experience!

Macy does an amazing job with coffin and cat eye nails! She’s super nice and listens to what you ask for. I will definitely be back 🙂 A fill was 45, with a 10 dollar addition for cat eye. (the magnetic shimmer)
