I will never be returning to such an inexperienced awful place in my life again. I have small nail beds, as a nail tech you should know which nail suits best or how to tailor the size of the nail accordingly. I showed this woman multiple pictures and spent my time explaining the shape in detail. My nails are huge and wide. I asked for coffin but not too narrow, in other words square but not too wide. I you think the size of the nails in the pictures are fine it’s because I had to ASK her to thin them down, they were HUGE. Also, the base price for this length is $60?! This is short, base price should range from $40-$50. To sum it up, this is a place with limited experience, open for under a year. Need much more experience and must be open to learning and adapting to different styles and different techniques. I would rate my experience a 0/10. Will NEVER return.

I asked for shellac and didn’t know I was suppose to ask for a Manicure Shellac so I could get a cuticle cleanup. I wish the nail salon could have made that clear or have it written somewhere what the difference was. I haven’t had my nails done in years, and they just put shellac on my nails and undone cuticles. As someone who doesn’t get their nails done regularly, the business should make it clear or clean up the nails before applying shellac. It was obvious that needed to be done to my nails. I walked out disappointed.

I have been looking for a reliable nail tech in the stoney creek area for about a year but had lousy experiences, one after the other. A friend recommended this salon and I saw Grace for a set of acrylics. She did a beautiful job, the quality was amazing and the price was very reasonable. I am SO happy I finally found my nail gal!

They give the best pedicures. It’s my second time going and I’m not disappointed at all. They’re very thorough with the procedures involved and I left with a great feeling. I highly recommend this spot for anyone.
