I had been a loyal member/customer with Heaven Nail & Spa for 10 years, since it had opened, but recently I experienced TERRIBLE service, which truly surprised me.

The salon environment was EMOTIONALLY UNSAFE. The pedicure experience was terrible as my polish was smudged, due to the technician who was miserable, neglectful, and disrespectful. I kindly mentioned to the desk staff that I had purchased a gift certificate that I wanted to utilize (as I had been within my right to do), and because they were not able to locate it (a record-keeping/management failure on their part), I was emotionally abused and blamed publically. As global leader and community advocate, I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone, as their customer service has been atrocious.

Terrible experience. I paid $126 for pedicure and manicure. Literally my feet never touched the water. I couldn’t have the back massage on because the technician was “moving” and they were too busy to have any add on.

I asked for powder. I got gel with the excuse that they use “strong powder” but they didn’t even dip my nails on it. They just sparkled it once.

Only get my gel pedicures here! Love Tammy, she’s super immaculate with her work and is super sweet! Relaxing experience every time! Definitely recommend.

Today was my second time visiting at this nail salon and very disappointed. I asked for the first design but look at this. The colors are totally different and I didn’t expect it. The nail technician was very rude, unpleasant, and insincere.
I am really upset with this result and want to redo it.

I got a s&s manicure here about a week ago, and i absolutely love how they turned out. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. My nail tech, Dee, was very kind and gave me a relaxing shoulder and hand massage at the end of the manicure. My only complaint is that it was much more expensive than I was expecting, so I will probably only come back for special occasions or for a cheaper manicure than the one I got.
