I had a 1:00 appointment for a pedicure. Was very busy when I arrived and clearly they did not save an appointment time for me. I waited almost 15 minutes past my appointment time before getting a chair. I was offered the menu and selected the signature pedicure ($65). After starting to clip my toenails, the technician said he could only do the $45 pedicure because his boss said so since they were busy. That was fine. No problem. After clipping my nails, giving a brief scrub to my legs and short foot massage, he was polishing my nails and by 1:32 I was sitting under the dryer. He brought over the credit card machine, charged me, and that was it. Definitely not worth $45 for about a 17 minute pedicure. My nails were only polished about halfway (I could do that at home for free).

I usually go here for my pedicures and always have great , amazing beautiful results. It seems lately that they have hired new people the last time I went there was a new guy that did my pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures I had ever had he missed many steps I had to tell him, and then he would go back in and halfway Do it. It made me feel nervous that he was going to clip me with the cuticle clippers I don’t know if this was his first pedicure he’s ever done, but I was really unhappy with the last service I received. USUALLY this salon is great.

I have been going to Heaven for 4 years and every time is perfect. John and Jenny (owners) are the nicest people I know, they are incredibly dedicated and love their customers. Jenny does my nails primarily as she does the more elaborate designs, I love my nails every single time. All of the staff is very nice and willing to help. I can’t say enough nice things about Heaven.

Terrible job. Doesn’t look any better then what I could’ve done myself at home, but it cost me $50+. I don’t get my nails done very often, but I believe if I’m getting my nails done professionally it should look as such. The lady asked me if I wanted shiny or matter, I said shiny but they are mostly matte. I got a dip manicure and most of the nails are bumpy, misshapen, and uneven. The lady rushed me out of there so fast I didn’t even have time to look closely at them until getting in my car. I plan to come back on my next day off to hopefully get them fixed or a refund.

They hire people that can’t do nails.
I went in for a mani/pedi and this guy had my in the chair doing my feet he couldn’t paint nails .
One time before the for a full set and my gel nail polish came off the next day.
Fool me twice shame on me.
