Worst customer service ever !!! I used to love them . I went to them faithfully since they came to southwest I love Nina and autumn and Alex ! But the receptionist does a horrible job . It’s been twice I’ve called ahead of time to book and I get there and they are very nasty and argue with me about what I booked for ! Today is my daughters birthday and when we arrived I was told I didn’t book for her feet as well as me and her sisters . And they weren’t able to accommodate all of us . The reception was very nasty and said If I don’t like it I can just go to another nail salon . I can’t believe this is how they treat their loyal customers ! Not to mention I am pregnant . I guess once they start making money they could care less how they treat their customers who’ve been supporting them from the start . NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money with them . And I wouldnt recommend them to anyone either . Customer service is most important !! And theirs sucks now ! I recommend Modern nails a respectful family oriented and always aiming to please

They make up prices depending on the day and had me waiting long even with an appointment will never go back. Charged me way more for a less simple design then what I have previously gotten ! $35 just for this nutty design that didn’t even match the colors i originally showed the lady! I paid $80 just for this refill alone not including my pedicure, with the pedicure it came to $120!! I was here 3 weeks ago and spent under $90 on a FRESH LONG FULL SET WITH FRENCH TIP, gel pedicure and eyebrows . What i got was not what I asked for and after spending over $100 for nails Id expect them to be exactly how I wanted. The first picture is what they gave me. The second picture is what I asked for. I love my pedi/mani always the nail tech John always does a really great job! The prices are great and they offer a light beverage. It’s clean and comfortable but the only downside is that I don’t like them doing my eyebrows, however they are open on Sunday’s and that is a huge plus for me.
