I was today at the Healthy Nail & Beauty Salon and It is not the first time since I am going for a while there. The staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have booked an appointment for manicure and the man who was doing my nails finished in a rush without complying to the hygiene rules. As for the manicure process he worked very poorly and without organization. Very poor to not existing communication due to lack of german. The most of the staff don’t understand what you ask them and they speak poor german. After iI have tried to explain them, they tried to defend themselves in an unprofessional and rude manner and they told me also when I try to explain that is my fault and if I don’t like it to find another place. I end up paying for 20 minute just for a natural shellac 28 euro just for a color and some nail filing. The best best thing is that the man at the end just walked away as he can not understand any german and sat on a chair without any problem and had all the female colleagues defending him for his “professional job” Completely unhygienic. The tools are all dirty. Cuticle treatment is not carried out professionally. Very fast work. You could invest more time and do a better manicure treatment. I would give zero stars.

The manicurist was friendly, communicative, and did a great job with my shellac manicure. She asked me about my preferences and made sure I was satisfied with the final result.
