Went to a stylist at another salon twice who just couldn’t understand I wanted to go from brunette to blonde, she kept giving me highlights. I went to Shyla, she understand exactly what I wanted and it turned out even better than I expected! Will definitely be coming back in the future!!

I came in for a bikini wax. I had a very inexperienced person waxing me without any supervision. She told me she had only done a few others before me. They used soft wax which was way more painful than any other place I’ve gone to and got stuck to my clothes, which ruined them. I was thee for over an hour before I had to stop. I was still left with many patches of hair and had bruises for over a week. She said she would be giving me a discount so only charged me $20 but I went back for the full refund. Definitely never coming back here.
