Despite the sign on the front door that says walk-ins are welcome. This is absolutely untrue. I’ve attempted three times to have my nails done this establishment and I’ve been turned away even though people are sitting there with no client and I all I wanted was a simple color change that would not take long. I was turned away each time. walk-ins are not welcome Here.

I love this place and Sam! Sam has been doing my nails for the last month when I started getting them done and I am always in love with what she does, never disappointed. The ladies here are so fun to talk too and hilarious! They stay busy so I always book appointments. Will never go anywhere else!

hayes nail spa has been not good at all. the customer service is nice but the nail job not so much. i came in wanted a thin french tip with coffin shape and got nothing that i asked for. have of the mail is gone. very disappointed with what i got.

Only two ppl in that place can wax eyebrows every one else really just sucks. Their customers service also sucks. I have given this place so many chances. I stopped going there for my nails. They are clicky and if your new they will give you the worst person. Today they destroyed my eyebrows. I don’t know about y’all but I’ll pass on getting the luck of the draw with this place. Queeny get it together and stop letting ppl who suck at certain things ruin ppls stuff then having an attitude about it.

I have been going to Hayes Nail Spa for years now and I always book my appointment with HK, she is amazing, friendly and always does a fabulous job on my nails and toes. I had to figure that out the hard way as the first several times I went I didn’t have very good experiences with some of the other staff. This is not a spa though, it is a daycare center for some of the staff’s children and a place you can get your nails done. If you are looking for a relaxing spa experience this is not the place to go.
