I came to Haven through a phone call after searching online for a stylist in need of help desperately. I just moved to East Tennessee and didn’t know who to go to. I had my brows done and the woman I went to recommended a place that ended up being a disaster, messing up the style and color of my hair dramatically. I didn’t know what to do but saw Haven online and thought their professional looking salon may be able to help me. When I called the actual salon owner, Michelle, answered the phone. She truly cared about my experience and listened intently as she wanted to find me the right stylist for what I had been through . She recommended Rachel, a very experienced stylist who owns her own salon in California but works here in East Tennessee. She did such an amazing job on my hair it is the best hair style and highlights I have ever had in my life. I am absolutely thrilled and astonished at her gift and professionalism. She not only fixed the color and style of my hair but gave me a new look that fit me perfectly. What a blessing. I am so thankful for the goodness shared with me through Michelle the Salon owner, The salon itself, and of course Rachel my new stylist. I highly recommended this Salon to anyone looking for top notch care.

Highly impressed with the Salon! The owner got me paired up with Rachel as she thought she was the best person to fix my hair how I needed but also wanted. I had some concerns regarding previous stylists I went to in Wyoming before I moved out here, and Michelle listened to them as well as Rachel and worked with me. Everyone that was there was professional and extremely sweet. My hair looks and feels better than ever and I’m so excited to work with them again!

About 2 years ago I went to this salon and saw Lori for soft blonde highlights on my natural red hair. She did absolutely amazing. I was surprised my hair pulled as light as it did with it being my first time ever bleaching. Lori is so sweet, and was always making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She continued asking if my neck was sore, if I was okay in specific placements my head needed to be in, etc. She is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met and I will always trust her with my hair. She took such good care of it and it was much healthier than I expected it to be. She does some amazing highlights and great cuts!
Yesterday I returned to the salon and met Stacey. Going from red to a dark brown (almost black) with some blonde (like a balayage look) was a huge change for me and I was super nervous but also very excited. Stacey continuously encouraged me and kept complementing how amazing I was going to look with such a huge change. All of the anxiety I had with changing my color was gone. She did such an amazing job on my color. She explained she wouldn’t be able to get the blonde pieces as light as I wanted in one session and made sure I was okay with that before we even started. It showed a lot when she explained and made sure I was okay with continuing and making another appointment to keep my hair healthy. I also had a huge chop and she did so amazing at her cutting. She kept going back and making sure it was perfectly even. She added in some beautiful texture and I am obsessed with my hair!
