It’s my 4th time in Have Good Nail and I am very satisfied with their Classic Mani Pedi. Their ambiance is very relaxing and everyone is doing a great job. They sanitize their products and have a good system. This time Amy did my nails and I liked them a lot. I especially liked that she painted my nails starting from the cuticles, without any gap. This way my manicure has a longer lifetime. Thank you, Amy!

had a great experience here! My friend got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure and they both turned out great. They really take their time and it doesn’t feel rushed. Great location and a very cute shop! Will definitely be back 🙂

I’ll absolutely recommend this place. They were really kind and I think they are using the best products I have tried so far. One week ago I visited this place and the polish is still like the first day, intact. I went at last minute and they just took the time to take care of my nails appropriately. Thanks! Prices are also good and fair.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by both of the ladies in there and was promptly sat down even having arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. The nail tech was very diligent, careful, and meticulous with my nails and cuticles and the manicure turned out beautiful. I will be returning.

I really don’t like to share bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to have the experience I did— 12 days ago I came here and got a manicure with tip extensions for $85 (NOT INCLUDING TIP). My technician warned me the nails might fall off since they’re extensions and I said I understand (I’ve been getting nail extensions off and on in Seattle for the past 4 years).

Not even a full week later half of my nails fell off. I was so disappointed that I asked for a refund. I was forced to speak to the owner on the phone for almost 15 minutes as she repeated herself over and over that this was my fault and she wouldn’t give refunds. Then she changed her story and said it’s been more than 14 days so she can’t give me a refund. I kindly pointed out that it was 12 days and then she went back to her other story. Please don’t go here.
