I was in a crunch and decided to try this place since it’s right next to the gym I go to. I’ve never experienced such pain from a pedicure. The woman that did my nails was nice in tone, but far from nice when it came to her doing her job. I had small cuts and nicks from her doing a rushed job with the cuticle cutter, buffing, and she didnt even clean under the nail beds. The acrylic overlay on my left toenail is another story,as well as I asked for yellow and after so many failed attempts at color matching recieved a off white. I never leave bad reviews but I don’t think your toes should be swollen after a pedicure when it suppose to be a soothing experience. My toes look 2 weeks old when they were barley done on Saturday!!

This was my first time to Haus of nails, My husband booked my appointment for our anniversary. It was clean, beautiful, outstanding service & their playlist was on point. Tracy did my nails & she absolutely KILLED IT. Better than the inspo pic I showed her. Definitely my new nail spot! Price wasn’t bad to my acrylic nails & pedicure.

I went for a fill and wanted to try this nail salon, the service was rushed and extremely painful. The next day all of my fingers were swollen and tender. I also had multiple fingers get cut up. After the service ($70) the design started to bleed so I had to go back and get a redesign (which was an additional $20). Once this set grew out some I had to remove them on my own due to the rings of fire this nail tech gave me. You can actually see the indents in my nails from the e-file. My nails are now extremely thin, bumpy, and damaged and now I have to grow them out.

Loved this place! Everyone was very friendly, and they immediately offered a variety or beverage options. They actually have a bar area where they can make different teas and such per request. I enjoyed the entire pedicure and would love to return. I also forgot my debit card there and they quickly called and had it saved in the front for me as soon as I got back.

I called asked for an appointment they didn’t have anything available but they said they were doing walk ins. I asked how long the wait was.. the girl said there’s No wait. Ok perfect! I wanted a medi and pedi. After waiting 2 hours to get my feet done i obviously was already annoyed then I asked what about my hands I thought I was getting my nails done as well. No they said they stopped doing services.
(The whole time I was waiting for my toes I could have been getting my nails done).
Horrible experience. They could have Communicated how long the wait will be & 2 I would only be able serviced one thing today bc how busy or whatever excuse they had before wasting my time.
I got there at 3:30pm by the time they finished with my toes it was 6:00.
Sign says last services ends at 6:15
I get it they probably wanted to get home already but like I said they could have COMMUNICATED BEFORE HAND
