Cashier Michelle was pretty rude. Asked a simple question and answer was a quick no….after a few more questions, snapping back at her, yes, we can return within 5 days.
Rest of staff was extremely helpful.

I was told to wait outside for 3 minutes until they open. I was waiting outside like I was told and cussed at by the manager for waiting outside for 3 minutes instead of waiting in my car. After she started yelling even though I hadn’t raised my voice or said anything rude and even attempted to provoke an employee that was driving a forklift to run me over with the forklift. After finally entering the store to make my purchase the cashier followed me to my car threatening me if I ever showed up there to shop again. Honestly, I’m a small business owner who uses harbor freight a few times a month for supplies and am appalled by everything that took place this morning. I will be shopping online from now on.
